the kaapi theory is a community-driven cafe & resto nestled in a residential area at 60-Feet Road, Sankarapuram, which is close to Medavakkam, Sithalapakkam and Perumbakkam. We are a one of a kind Cafe & Resto, dedicated to drive a unique experience for every customer, from the moment they step in to the last sip of their drink.

Our cafe at Sithalappakam, has an ample parking space! The space is designed for you to sit, pause and enjoy rather rushing. Our space has fictional books for you to immerse in food and stories. And do not worry about your kids, as we have board games, sketching kits for them to let you enjoy your food in peace.
